SMALL BATCH

The team at Chronicle constantly works with our farming partners in the coffee growing countries. Working with high quality coffee requires extra care. That’s why we roast on Diedrich 25kg roaster, which gives us maximum control over the roasting process delivering the best possible roasted coffee.

BARISTA TRAINING

We understand coffee can be only as good as the last person who touches it. Our team provides onsite training for all our café partners to ensure consistently great specialty coffee. We also host our partners at our Calgary showroom Q.lab, where they can taste different coffee options we offer. We are a part of your team and we are always ready to help.

The barista courses and classes we offer at Chronicle Coffee Roasters are designed to help you confidently prepare and serve quality coffee – regardless of your experience. The sessions are small and hands-on to ensure everyone gets to take part. We aim to tailor our training to take you that little bit further in your quest for sharing perfection.

ROASTING DAILY

Our production team roasts fresh coffee daily to ensure maximum freshness. At Chronicle we want our coffee to be delivered to you within days from roasting. Our commitment means we only roast on-demand orders. We ensure coffee leaves our facility within 24 hours from roasting.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

Chronicle Coffee has a team of representatives who can help with any equipment issues. We understand your equipment is crucial for the success of your business. We provide regular maintenance of your espresso and brewing equipment to ensure long-term reliability.

FREE LEASE EQUIPMENT

At Chronicle we provide our Cafe Partners with a free lease brewing coffee equipment package. Our team helps with the installation and programming of the brewer, ensuring consistent perfectly tasting coffee every single time.

CAFÉ CONSULTATION

Our team has a lot of experience in setting up new cafes for success. We can help you with a business plan, choose the best tasting coffee for your bar and layout for your future coffee hotspot. We work closely with distributors of major espresso brands and brewing equipment, which means we can find a perfect solution for your needs.

PRIVATE LABEL & BESPOKE ROASTING

Chronicle Coffee Roasters partners have exclusive access to professional barista education, the best equipment, industry knowledge and events, and dedicated support from our progressive, creative team.
